It just seems impossible to not masturbate for more than 1-2 days. How the hell do you manage? lol
Is it worth abstaining from masturbation & porn for 1 month+? I’m starting to think I’ve conditioned myself to need the visual stimulation of porn to get off.

Men are stimulated by visual signals. A man sees a pretty girl and things start happening.
This is why the porn industry exists and women wear revealing clothes.
(Whatever they say about dressing “for themselves” it’s because they want men to look at them).

Erm, you could be addicted. So if I were you id try limiting it do 3 times a week for a while. or maybe get off using your imagination so you dont use porn as your only stimulant.
On the other hand its good for sex because my bf can last for as long as he wants from masturbating WITHOUT cumming. Unless I tell him to go crazy haha Just let yourself reach that point consecutevely without letting go, and eventually you’ll be a master at control and the release will feel so so much better!
