Where Can I Get Low Cost Drug Counseling Around LA?

Question by Chica: Where can I get low cost drug counseling around LA?
My son’s girlfriend temporarily lost custody of her 2 year old son because of marijuana. The judge ordered parenting classes and drug counseling. She can’t seem to find any drug counseling services that are affordable or free in the LA area. Please let us know if there are any low cost or free drug counseling or rehab clinics in the LA area, San Gabriel Valley.
