i am here asking for advice my hair is wavy and i don’t have any control on the frizzes nothing working but the regular hair mousse and i have to hold it with something and i am tiered of that cause it doesn’t look professional and if i get it don it will take me about hour and half to do so every week and what if it rains anyway if you guys know anything about this treatment and where in Houston area professionally in range $ 90 please let me know asap thank you all .
