I’m a Writer Looking for a Former Drug Addict and Her Mum to Talk Frankly About Addiction…?

Question by Tallulah Berry: I’m a writer looking for a former drug addict and her mum to talk frankly about addiction…?
Following the death of Amy Winehouse a glossy magazine I work for are looking for a former addict and her mother to talk frankly about addiction and the effect it had on their relationship.

and I am a features writer at South West News Service, the largest independent press agency in the UK, based in Bristol. We have an unrivalled reputation within the industry, with over 40 years’ experience in dealing with real life stories.

At South West News Service we produce some of the best real life features which you read in the national newspapers such as The Daily Mail and The Daily Mirror, as well as women’s weekly and monthly magazines such as Closer, Reveal, Now, Look and Cosmopolitan.

I appreciate that you may have some concerns about appearing in a feature, but I would like to assure you that it is our policy to always read back articles to the people we interview, which is rare amongst media organisations. I would also never place your story in any publication without your full consent.

If you have any questions then please don’t hesitate to give me a call on 0117 906 6505 or 0755 774 0238. I will then give you a call straight back to save on your telephone bill. Or you can email me at [email protected].

You will be paid generously for your time and trouble.

Thanks.
