I’m not too sure about the insurance aspect, but I would recommend that you take a look at this site, http://www.drugabuse.com/drug-abuse-help.html?utm_source=ans&utm_medium=pv&utm_content=ld&utm_campaign=rcx, and on there you will find a lot of useful and helpful information about drug abuse, and treatment options that are available.
There also is a toll-free helpline number that I think you should call, and a trained professional will be able to answer your questions, and hopefully help you get back on track and moving in the right direction going forward.
Good Luck to you, and Best Wishes
