I cannot seem to grasp some of the details. I began reading articles and trying to research more in depth but it is difficult for me to understand. How could this kind of crime have been prevented? Where did it take place? Who was actually involved in such a crime? How was it run? How long has this been approximately going on for? Etc. Any kind of information would be greatly appreciated. I am especially curious as to how long it had been going on for until Vicks was finally caught and how he was caught. Did his childhood or career play a role in such a violent crime?
